After The Fact with Visitors from University of the Philippines, Los Baños
On Feb 13, the day the Lopez Memorial Museum and Library marked its 50th anniversary, visitors from UPLB visited the museum to see the exhibition After the Fact. They were able to view selections from the museum’s collection such as works of 19th century masters Juan Luna and Felix Resurrecion Hidalgo, works of National Artists like Jose Joya, Bencab, HR Ocampo and J. Elizalde Navarro, and multimedia and installation works of Tad Ermitano, Keith Sicat, Gaston Damag, Kiri Dalena, Antipas Delotavo and Imelda Cajipe Endaya. They also enjoyed viewing the old maps, rare books and Rizaliana items from the library’s collection. Students from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and De La Salle University Manila who are interns of the museum and library gave them the guided tour.
